New LED strip light installation in a wardrobe with limited lighting able to illuminate inside when the doors are open. Installed two lengths, one above near the ceiling and one where the clothes will hang. All controlled from a wireless switch that was mounted on the inside door for convenient access.

Attic lights added in with a switch in a convenient location to make going up in the attic a safer task.

Ring Alarm System that is mains powered with 4 motion sensors and 2 window sensors onto front and back doors. The system is connected to the Ring app which can be monitored 24/7 and switched on and off via the app aswell as the physical keypad in the house. The App can have all your ring products connected e.g. Ring Video Doorbell.

Tado Smart Heating controller installed with the tado bridge (for connecting the heating controller wirelessly), tado heating control base (to replace your existing heating control base). You can also invest in the Tado Smart TRVs which replace your existing TRVs on your radiators and are battery powered and gives you the capabilities of controlling the heating on individual rooms. All of this can be controlled via the Tado app. But you can also use the Tado wireless thermostat.

Wall lights individually supplied. With a 2 way wireless switch able to fit in a convenient area with no additional wire to be routed for the switch - eliminating labour costs and any plastering/decorating that would be involved with routing cables in the walls.

Extractor fans draw moisture laden air from the room. We can fit ceiling and wall mounted fans as well as inline fans in the attic - with all ducting either insulated or non-insulated depending on your needs. We can also core a hole for the extractor fan if no hole exists.

New oven and hob installed as part of this kitchen refurbishment project. We can install all different ratings of ovens and hobs including electric/induction hobs.
